GENERAL CLUB INFORMATION

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM PARENTS and CLUBBERS

AWANA MEETING TIMES

  • The Awana Ministry at Frisco Bible Church is held on Monday evenings from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
  • The Awana rooms will be opened for children to arrive at 6:15 pm. Children will not be permitted in
    the rooms before that time.

AWANA CLUB AGE GROUPS - The Awana Ministry at Frisco Bible Church has the following clubs:

  • Puggles - 1&2 year olds
  • Cubbies – 3 & 4 year olds - must have their 3rd birthday on or before September 1st to participate
    Cubbies.
  • Sparks –Kindergarten – 2nd grade
  • Truth & Training (T&T) –3rd - 6th grade
  • LITs – 7th Grade and up  (must be participating in the T&T/Trek/Journey Program with the Club LIT
    Mentor)


INFORMATION / REGISTRATION FORMS

  • All children who participate in the AWANA ministry at Frisco Bible MUST have a completed
    Information Form and Medical Release on file with the child’s Awana leader.   FILES COMING SOON
  • EARLY REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN FOR 2009-2010 by JUNE 1st.  General Registration will begin
    club wide on August 1st.

COSTS

  • The costs for the 2009-2010 AWANA Club-year for handbooks and dues are $40.00 for the first child
    and $35.00 for subsequent children in the same family.  Puggles are $15.00 per year.
  • Each child will need a uniform or vest - costs are as follows for this club year:

  • Puggles Shirt $8.00
  • Cubbies Vests $10.50
  • Sparks Vest  $12.00
  • T&T Polo $19.50
  • Trek Shirt $16.50
  • Journey Shirt $18.50

  • If your child does more than one handbook per club year, there will be an additional fee for the extra
    handbook.
  • There are also occasional events and activities which will have a cost associated with them. You will
    receive information about these activities throughout the year.  
  • Occasional Events include the AWANA Grand Prix, Bible Quiz, Sparks-A-Rama, and Adopt-A-Club
  • Please do not let finances stand in the way of your child participating in Awana. If there is a financial
    need, please let your child’s Awana leader, or the Awana Commander, know and we will work with
    you so your child may continue to participate in our Awana ministry.
